Aircraft Executives is a business aircraft brokerage firm specializing in aircraft acquisitions, sales, inventory, and advisory.
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing and brand strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution across branding, content creation, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, events, public relations, business development, and inbound lead generation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company's public image, supporting revenue growth, generating qualified inbound opportunities, and positioning Aircraft Executives as a premier and recognizable brand in business aviation.
The ideal candidate doesn't simply execute a marketing plan—they look for opportunities to grow the brand, build relationships, create demand, and put Aircraft Executives in front of the right people.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & Marketing Collateral
- Own and maintain the Aircraft Executives brand across all client-facing and public channels.
- Develop and manage presentations, market reports, brochures, proposals, one-pagers, trade show materials, aircraft marketing materials, and other sales collateral.
- Establish and enforce brand standards across all marketing and communications initiatives.
- Continuously look for opportunities to elevate the company's brand, positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Manage relationships with graphic designers, printers, photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors.
- Ensure external communications consistently reflect the professionalism, expertise, and premium positioning of Aircraft Executives.
Content, Communications & Thought Leadership
- Develop and manage the firm's content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Write, edit, and publish newsletters, market reports, email campaigns, website content, social media posts, and press releases.
- Monitor business aviation news, market activity, and industry trends, translating market intelligence into compelling content.
- Turn Aircraft Executives' transactions, market data, expertise, and client insights into valuable content that builds credibility and generates business.
- Assist company leadership and Sales Directors with thought leadership articles, industry commentary, media interviews, and publication submissions.
- Coordinate public relations efforts and industry publication placements.
- Identify opportunities for Aircraft Executives and its executives to become recognized voices within business aviation.
- Develop content that educates aircraft owners and buyers while positioning Aircraft Executives as a trusted authority.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Serve as the primary owner of the company website.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, aircraft listings, blogs, SEO initiatives, and lead-generation efforts.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Develop strategies to increase organic search visibility and qualified inbound traffic.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Maintain CRM segmentation, data integrity, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and optimize digital campaigns designed to convert website visitors and prospects into qualified leads.
- Continuously evaluate new digital channels and technologies that can expand the company's reach and improve performance.
Brand Partnerships, Business Development & Growth Initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic brand partnership initiatives that increase Aircraft Executives' visibility, credibility, and reach within business aviation.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with complementary brands, media organizations, industry associations, events, content creators, and other organizations aligned with Aircraft Executives' target audience.
- Create and manage co-branded campaigns, content, events sponsorships, educational initiatives, and other partnership opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships that can expand Aircraft Executives' audience and create long-term business opportunities.
- Identify new channels and creative opportunities to generate awareness, qualified inbound leads, referrals, and new business.
- Develop campaigns designed to put Aircraft Executives in front of aircraft owners, buyers, operators, executives, and other high-value prospects.
- Work closely with the CEO and Sales Directors to identify target markets, ideal client profiles, and business development opportunities that marketing can support.
- Develop strategies to turn Aircraft Executives' expertise, market data, transactions, and client relationships into compelling marketing and lead-generation opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for the company to participate in relevant conversations, publications, events, podcasts, social platforms, and other channels where prospects engage.
- Build and maintain strategic marketing and business development relationships that can generate long-term brand exposure and referral opportunities.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives to determine what drives the strongest brand awareness, engagement, and revenue impact.
Aircraft Listing Marketing
- Manage the marketing launch of aircraft listings from acquisition through sale.
- Coordinate photography, videography, listing copy, brochures, and digital assets.
- Publish and maintain listings across Controller, JetNet, Aircraft Exchange, AvBuyer, and other aviation marketplaces.
- Partner with Sales Directors to verify specifications, hours, equipment, and aircraft details before publication.
- Develop compelling marketing strategies for individual aircraft based on the aircraft, market, and target buyer.
- Ensure speed-to-market while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy standards.
- Continuously evaluate new ways to increase exposure and buyer engagement for aircraft listings.
Events, Speaking Engagements & Industry Partnerships
- Plan and execute the firm's participation in industry conferences, trade shows, client events, and networking functions.
- Identify, secure, and coordinate speaking engagements, panel discussions, webinars, podcasts, and other thought leadership opportunities for company executives.
- Manage sponsorships and strategic industry partnerships.
- Develop co-marketing and referral relationships with finance, insurance, title and escrow, management, MRO, and aviation service providers.
- Identify high-value events, organizations, and industry communities where Aircraft Executives should have a greater presence.
- Develop creative event and experiential marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with clients and prospects.
- Oversee client testimonial and referral programs.
Public Relations & Media
- Develop and execute proactive PR strategies to increase Aircraft Executives' visibility within business aviation and relevant business media.
- Build relationships with aviation journalists, publications, podcast hosts, event organizers, and other media contacts.
- Identify opportunities for company executives to provide commentary on market trends, transactions, aircraft values, and industry developments.
- Coordinate press releases, media outreach, interviews, contributed articles, and industry awards.
- Pursue opportunities that establish Aircraft Executives as a recognized authority and trusted source within business aviation.
Executive Communications & Employer Branding
- Support executive communications and company announcements.
- Coordinate employee interviews, customer success stories, and internal spotlight features.
- Assist with recruiting marketing initiatives, including job postings, employer branding materials, onboarding content, and culture-focused communications.
- Help position Aircraft Executives as an employer of choice within business aviation.
- Develop content that showcases the company's people, culture, expertise, transactions, and accomplishments.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, budgets, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, website traffic, email engagement, social engagement, event ROI, partnership performance, and marketing-attributed revenue.
- Establish meaningful marketing attribution and reporting so the company can understand what initiatives produce results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, technology, and reporting systems.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.
- Work closely with leadership and sales to ensure marketing initiatives align with company revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, not simply follow established plans.
- Experience managing websites, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience developing partnerships, sponsorships, referral relationships, or other business development initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify and execute new opportunities for brand growth.
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives and taking ownership of projects from concept through execution.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Salesforce, WordPress, or similar marketing platforms is preferred.
- Aviation industry experience is a plus but not required.
