You will rotate through Marketing and related units—Industrial, Agricultural, or Consumer Products—building cross-functional skills and contributing to customer-focused initiatives with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 2.75.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the Marketing department and BNSF network before transitioning into a specialized Marketing unit (Industrial, Agricultural, or Consumer Products).
• Serve as primary customer point-of-contact, educating and supporting BNSF offerings while addressing daily service issues.
• Analyze chronic or systematic problems and coordinate responses to billing, schedule, and equipment issues.
• Provide feedback to improve service design and marketing information systems.
• Coordinate workflows and manage time to meet customer needs in a dynamic environment.
