BNSF Railway in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Marketing Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience across project management, market research, and strategic planning within our fast-moving freight marketing environment.

You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing a strong customer-relations skill set and learning how we support B2B marketing across Industrial, Agricultural, and Consumer Products lines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Maintain at least a 2.75 GPA.
• Less than three years of professional work experience (excluding internships/part-time roles).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Learn the Marketing department's operations and the BNSF network.
• Serve as primary customer point-of-contact in the Customer Support Department.
• Identify and resolve daily tactical service issues.
• Assist in project management, market research, and strategic planning.
• Support onboarding into Marketing units based on interest.
