Job summary

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a dynamic Marketing Liaison to develop referral relationships and promote services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation. The role focuses on increasing admissions, working with hospitals, physicians, and discharge planners, and representing the facility in the healthcare community.

The Marketing Liaison will collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate timely admissions, monitor referral activity, and stay informed on market

Qualifications

• Previous marketing or business development experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation Center.
• Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Strong understanding of post-acute care, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Promote the facility's skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources and represent the facility at networking events and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate timely and appropriate admissions.
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities to increase census.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and community resources.
• Participate in strategic marketing initiatives and business development planning.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Liaison to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare marketing professional with a strong background in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care. The Marketing Liaison will be responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing census, and serving as the primary representative of the facility within the healthcare community.

Position Summary

The Marketing Liaison will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other referral sources to promote the services of Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing admissions and understands the unique needs of the skilled nursing industry.
