Helogen, Inc. is hiring its first Head of Marketing to define, build, and lead the marketing function. You’ll work with a small team of engineers and operators to craft a clear market narrative for investors, customers, partners, media, and talent.

Expect to develop a repeatable playbook, set priorities, and build a metrics-driven marketing program from scratch. You’ll shape Helogen’s positioning, lead content and thought leadership, and align marketing with company strategy while scaling the

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience leading marketing in a high-growth company.
• Experience building a marketing program with limited resources.
• Strategic and commercially-minded with focus on customer acquisition, fundraising, and leadership.
• Hands-on marketing across activities while remaining lean.
• Strong creative and visual instincts; guide designers/agencies.
• Experience managing external agencies and partners with accountability.
• Data-informed decision-making with meaningful KPIs.
• Exceptional writer and storyteller translating complex concepts.
• Highly organized with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Resourceful and adaptable, respecting technical/commercial complexity.
