Job summary

Helogen seeks a Head of Marketing to define and lead the marketing function, shaping a clear, compelling market narrative. You will build and lead a team of marketers, develop a scalable playbook, and drive performance through strategy, messaging, and content across investors, customers, and partners.

You will own positioning, KPIs, and programs, translating technical concepts into persuasive stories while collaborating with the CEO and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional marketing experience in a high-growth company.
• Experience leading the marketing function in space/ robotics/ AI or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strategic and commercially-minded with ability to align marketing with business goals.
• Hands-on marketer comfortable executing across activities in a lean environment.
• Strong writing and storytelling with the ability to translate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Helogen’s marketing strategy with clear priorities and programs.
• Develop the marketing playbook: brand guidelines, tone, channels, KPIs, processes.
• Own the company’s positioning and messaging across audiences and touchpoints.
• Lead content and thought leadership to communicate Helogen’s value and expertise.
• Partner with the CEO and Commercial team to align marketing with strategy, fundraising, and partnerships.
• Design strategies for PR, events, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
• Create marketing materials such as presentations, briefs, case studies, and event assets.
• Use data to evaluate performance and adjust strategy; manage external agencies and partners.
