Job summary

Corgi Insurance Inc. in Boston seeks a Marketing Lead to own how we communicate our AI-native trucking insurance. This hands-on role demands exceptional writing, solid marketing judgment, and an eye for design.

You’ll lead product launches, broker communications, website content, and executive messaging. Work closely with the division’s leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure every message is clear, accurate, and actionable for brokers, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication demonstrated by clear, precise writing for diverse audiences.
• Fast learning and curiosity to grasp a complex business and translate it into compelling messaging.
• Experience owning marketing or communications projects from brief to publication or launch.
• Strong design judgment including typography, layout, and consistency across materials.
• Reliable execution with ability to manage multiple launches, events, and requests.
• High ownership: identifies what needs to happen and drives it through.
• Ability to work in person in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit announcements, emails, presentations, website copy, product materials, and executive communications; adapt messages for brokers, customers, employees, and industry audiences.
• Lead marketing work from positioning through launch: messaging, launch plan, broker announcements, website updates, FAQs, and sales materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams so launches clearly communicate what’s available, who it serves, and how to start.
• Establish and own a publishing cadence for broker partner communications; keep communications relevant and actionable.
• Turn leadership priorities and product updates into clear internal announcements and presentations for employees.
• Own the quality and accuracy of website copy, landing pages, product explainers, decks, and collateral; keep materials current.
• Plan and execute participation in events and conferences, with messaging, materials, logistics, on-site presence, and follow-up.
