Xceedance seeks an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand, demand generation, product marketing, and analyst relations. You will report to the CEO, sit on the ELT, and build a marketing function to scale a profitable, AI-driven insurance services business.

Responsibilities include shaping market narratives, translating AI platforms into clear value, and driving a high-velocity growth engine with strong ROI. Collaboration with engineering, product, and sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a full marketing function, brand, demand generation, and team.
• Experience in complex or regulated industries like insurance or financial services.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering and product teams to market technical platforms.
• Executive presence to operate as a peer to the CEO and regional Presidents.

Responsibilities

• Define market understanding and positioning for Xceedance against peers.
• Translate AI orchestration platform into a credible market story and enable client-facing teams.
• Build a marketing engine with regional leaders to generate pipeline and ABM campaigns.
• Own editorial calendar, digital presence, case studies, and proof points.
• Maintain discipline in language and messaging to preserve brand trust.
• Grow analyst relations and represent the company in industry discussions.
• Hire, mentor, and run a marketing team and agency roster at pace.
