Job summary

FineTurf is seeking a senior digital marketing leader who will own the lead engine, revenue targets, and our online reputation. You’ll build and run the seasonal marketing calendar—paid search, Meta ads, SEO, email—and decide when to partner with agencies to cover gaps.

You’ll present numbers to the CEO weekly, manage the budget as if it were your own, and work closely with sales to create a real lead handoff.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and email.
Experience managing agencies and driving lead generation metrics.
Fluent in GA, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Business Profile and lead tracking.
Built and managed budgets, with a revenue-focused mindset.
Home services or local services marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own lead engine and marketing calendar across paid search, Meta, SEO, email; manage agencies.
Own revenue number; build plans, budget, and adjust in real time based on data.
Guard the brand and online reputation (Google reviews, online presence).
Collaborate with Sales to create an effective lead handoff system.
Present weekly results to the CEO.
