Rise Up Selects is seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing for an assigned slate of projects, driving campaigns, and reporting results. This hands-on role emphasizes brand integrity, market strength, and growth for both our own brands and client brands.

You will lead social, direct marketing, data capture, and partnerships, collaborating across departments to meet KPIs and ensure consistent branding across events and properties.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of marketing experience with measurable results.
• Experience in live events, festivals, or hospitality preferred.
• Experience on client or agency-side is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing objectives across Rise Up Selects to exceed benchmarks and KPIs.
• Develop strategic marketing plans and reporting across projects.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing across assigned projects.
• Evaluate and streamline marketing processes within the department.
• Oversee social campaigns from ideation to execution across projects.
• Execute direct marketing (email and SMS) across projects.
• Lead data capture and lead generation campaigns across projects.
• Collaborate with art to maintain brand aesthetics across campaigns.
• Coordinate with ad buyers to align plans and track performance.
