Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced marketing strategist to develop advisor-facing materials and sales tools. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate with creative teams and agencies, and ensure content aligns with brand standards and business goals.

You will govern compliance processes, publish content on internal platforms, and promote advisor tools and marketing initiatives while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, sales enablement, or related disciplines.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Financial services, wealth management, private banking, or investment management marketing experience.
• Experience developing advisor tools, sales enablement materials, or client-facing marketing content.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Camtasia.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advisor-facing marketing materials, sales tools, and client engagement resources.
• Lead projects from concept through execution, including ideation, content development, creative review, compliance approval, production, and distribution.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Manage governance and compliance review processes.
• Publish and maintain tool content on internal platforms.
• Develop communication strategies to promote advisor tools, resources, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, manage competing priorities, and remove obstacles.
• Analyze program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Serve as a trusted marketing consultant to business partners.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve content development, productivity, and marketing effectiveness
