Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to drive AI-native advisor tools within a regulated financial services context in the United States. You will define roadmaps for advisor copilot, proposal generation, client context, and next-best-action, working with AI engineers and leadership to align strategy with compliance and fiduciary standards.

The role requires 10+ years in product management, 4+ years in AI/ML or digital product roles, and FINRA SIE (or equivalent) with Series 7 as a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of product management experience.
4+ years in AI/ML or digital product roles at tech/fintech/financial services.
Track record shipping digital or AI-powered products to production.
Leadership experience owning roadmaps and mentoring product managers.

Responsibilities

Own a 12–18 month technology product roadmap for advisor experience across multiple modules.
Prioritize initiatives using workflow research, adoption data, and competitive analysis.
Write PRDs, technical specs, and acceptance criteria for model quality, latency, and fiduciary constraints.
Lead a small team or workstream and coach junior product managers.
Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and field operations.
