Job summary

ZMicro, Inc. is hiring its first dedicated marketer in years to own marketing end to end. There is no team to inherit and no playbook to follow: you build it, starting with a WordPress website refresh that clearly explains what we build and for whom it matters.

This hands-on role rewards a builder mindset: you will use AI tools to move fast, shape MARCOMM from the ground up, and arm the sales team with datasheets, case studies and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally solo marketer.
• Portfolio of websites, campaigns, video or events.
• Hands-on WordPress experience and content publishing.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate engineers to plain English.
• Experience planning tradeshows or events and producing materials.
• Active use of AI tools in marketing with care for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the WordPress site refresh: IA, copy, visuals and launch.
• Manage post-launch content, SEO, analytics and lead forms.
• Shape the brand and ensure consistency across channels and events.
• Lead tradeshow marketing and partner MDF initiatives.
• Produce datasheets, brochures, and customer stories on tight timelines.
• Track marketing impact on leads and pipeline.
