Job summary

Citi is seeking a Marketing Lead Analyst to strategize, re‑engineer, and manage end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns in a hybrid role based in Wilmington, DE. You will partner with Strategy, List Processing, Digital, Direct Mail Production, Email and Campaign Management to maximize profitability and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong analytics.

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Identify, track, and manage issues through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.

Job Overview

The Marketing Lead Analyst will be responsible for strategizing, re‑engineering, and managing the end-to-end delivery of multi‑channel Marketing campaigns. This marketing professional will play a central role in a cross‑functional team working in close partnership with Strategy, List Processing, Digital, Direct Mail Production, Email, and Campaign Management to develop marketing strategies, streamline processes, define program requirements with a focus on maximizing profitability, process efficiencies, and controls.
