Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead property marketing across our affordable housing portfolio, driving lease-up campaigns and occupancy growth. You will shape brand strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage agency partners to ensure compliant, effective campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The role reports to the VP of Marketing & Communications and supervises the Marketing Coordinator, with emphasis on data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in multifamily or affordable housing.
• Proven record of leading lease-up campaigns and improving occupancy across a multi-property portfolio.
• Experience supervising staff and managing agency partners and marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead property marketing across the portfolio and oversee lease-up launches.
• Develop annual and quarterly content and campaign plans for the portfolio.
• Coordinate with IT and Property Management to integrate marketing platforms.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Advise on acquisitions, market positioning and occupancy goals.
