You will handle incoming calls, greet residents and guests, collect rent, maintain records, and assist management with tasks to maximize occupancy and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, business, sales, or housing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospects and residents.
