Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls.
• Greet residents and staff professionally.
• Answer questions accurately for staff, residents, and guests.
• Assist in collecting rent and maintaining receipts and resident records.
• Market the property with supervisor approval to secure leases for vacant units.
• Ensure postings (EEOC, labor law, Fair Housing) are compliant with policy and law.
• Support management to maximize efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
