Entreprenista is seeking a Launch Manager to serve as the operational hub of the marketing department, owning email marketing operations end-to-end and guiding campaigns from concept to on-time delivery.

You will manage the marketing calendar, launches, funnels, and promotions; optimize open/click rates, and ensure compliance while reporting performance to leadership. This role emphasizes execution, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master email marketing calendar, tracking funnels, segmentation, and email project management for products and launches.
• Build, schedule, test, and send email campaigns and promotions in Klaviyo; manage automations and flows.
• Build and load landing pages, sales pages, opt-ins, and lead magnets in Leadpages and checkout tools; ensure full funnel works before going live.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supabase, and Claude; provide timely insights to leadership.
• Own the email marketing tech stack day to day; keep platforms connected, clean, and cost-effective.
• Coordinate advertising specialists, contract copywriters, agencies, and outside vendors to align with internal calendars.
• Document SOPs for recurring marketing workflows and keep tooling and processes current.
