• Gains exposure to leaders across Sales Operations, Customer Management, Warehouse, and more.
• Performs day-to-day responsibilities in assigned role to gain experience.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to support projects.
• Prepares and presents project work to business leaders at program end.
• Participates in leadership development workshops and field experiences.
