Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Intern to gain real-world experience supporting transportation pursuits and projects. You will assist with proposal development, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral while coordinating with technical staff to update resumes and gather pursuit information.

The internship requires enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Adobe CC preferred.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Support transportation pursuits and projects.
• Assist with proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with technical staff to update resumes and gather pursuit information.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, project information, and BD materials.
• Participate in and lead coordination meetings with technical teams.
• Perform assignments under the direction of marketing and transportation professionals.
