Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Intern to gain real-world experience supporting transportation pursuits and projects. You will assist with proposal development, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral while coordinating with technical staff to update resumes and gather pursuit information.

The internship requires enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Adobe CC preferred.

In the role of Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:

• Offer real-world experience supporting transportation pursuits and projects
• Assist with proposal development, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with technical staff to update and develop resumes and gather pursuit information.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, project information, and business development materials.
• Participate in and lead coordination meetings with technical teams as appropriate.
• Perform assignments under the direction of marketing and transportation professionals.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, preferred.

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
