Job summary

HDR is seeking a driven Transportation Marketing Intern to support marketing and strategic efforts within HDR’s transportation markets. The role involves independent research, writing project descriptions, resumes, proposals, and marketing materials while collaborating with marketers and technical staff.

You will gain hands‑on experience, work on cross‑functional projects, and help maintain brand standards in a fast‑paced, employee‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

• Must possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Provide real‑world experience on exciting projects
• Write project descriptions and staff resumes
• Support development and coordination of text and graphics and editing page layouts
• Shadow and assist marketing staff with preparation of materials
• Conduct research and produce documents and reports
• Follow the company’s brand strategy
• Assist with maintaining the CRM system and cataloging marketing assets
• Support other administrative duties as needed
