Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Marketing Intern to assist with business development, marketing, and strategic efforts in HDR's transportation markets.

You will work cross-functionally with marketers, project managers, and technical staff to develop project descriptions, resumes, proposals, and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include researching, writing, coordinating text and graphics, and supporting material preparation while balancing multiple priorities under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Write project descriptions and staff resumes.
• Support development and coordination of text and graphics and editing page layouts.
• Shadow and assist marketing staff with preparation of materials including statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements.
• Conduct research and produce documents and reports.
• Follow the company's brand strategy.
• Assist with maintaining the CRM system and cataloging marketing assets.
