Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit efforts with proposals and marketing leads to plan, develop and produce qualifications and client materials.
• Help keep marketing content sharp and easy to find, including resumes, project descriptions and boilerplate language.
• Check spelling, grammar, clarity, brand alignment and solicitation compliance.
• Create visuals for proposals, presentations, and brochures using graphics and layouts.
• Keep databases, libraries and templates organized for quick content retrieval under tight deadlines.
• Scout procurement opportunities through online portals and industry sources.
