Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the U.S. marketing team with event coordination, material handling, data management, and daily administrative tasks.

This role offers hands-on experience in the dental technology industry and exposure to cross-functional marketing operations. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, possess strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Must be available to work on-site at the California office at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support trade shows, courses, study clubs, and other marketing events.
• Assist with event registration, scheduling, logistics, and post-event documentation.
• Prepare, pack, ship, and track marketing materials, samples, and giveaways.
• Maintain marketing inventory and organize shared files.
• Update event calendars, project trackers, contact lists, and basic reports.
• Assist with sales team requests, invoice processing, and vendor follow-ups.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
