Job summary

Paper Transport, LLC. is seeking a Driver Recruiting/Marketing Intern to join our Driver Recruitng department. You will build a foundation in marketing strategies, gain exposure to data-driven marketing, and learn to use tools to analyze performance.

The ideal candidate communicates well and is eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The internship is onsite at our corporate office in De Pere, WI, with 15–20 hours weekly and paid $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with possible full-time hours

Qualifications

• Students who have or will receive a degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Understanding of social networks.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams to plan, design, write, edit and coordinate the production of marketing materials.
• Support copywriting efforts for website and website content management
• Assist in content creation, campaign creation, and persona and journey mapping efforts
• Develop skills in marketing analytics and measurement
• Research and stay current in digital marketing trends
• Develop collaborative project management skills
• Work effectively with team members, contributing to team efforts
