The role involves supporting daily operations, assisting with marketing campaigns, and gaining experience in client relations and data tracking. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and preferably have prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and/or currently enrolled in school.
• Prior Customer Service Representative (CSR) or retail/hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy is a definite advantage.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with the logistics team to meet customer needs and operational milestones.
• Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns.
• Help track territory-based logistics activities and update reports.
• Support customer communication and data gathering for RFQ/RFP.
• Learn to track and analyze market trends for new opportunities.
