Job summary

Rogers Electric's Marketing Internship offers hands-on opportunities to lead real marketing projects within a national electrical contractor setting. You'll contribute across design, content, digital marketing, research and reporting, building a diverse portfolio of work.

You'll gain experience coordinating campaigns, creating visuals, and supporting national marketing initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment with mentorship and real project ownership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or another directly related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize assignments and follow projects through to completion.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations and internal communications.
• Help develop and schedule social media and website content.
• Research industry trends, competitors, prospective clients, markets and upcoming opportunities.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and company announcements.
• Update PowerPoint presentations, case studies and project materials.
• Support marketing reporting by collecting, organizing and reviewing campaign and website data.
• Help coordinate events, conferences and promotional products.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and share timely progress updates.
• Support additional marketing projects and department needs as they come up.
