Job summary

InComm Payments is offering a Digital Marketing Intern role within its Financial Services team. The internship provides hands-on experience in product management and marketing, supporting the Reloadable team with bank and legal submissions, content optimization, and market analysis.

This is ideal for college students pursuing business or marketing degrees. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and developing practical skills in digital customer experiences

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA; graduation expected December 2027 or May 2028.
  • Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word & PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for product management and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to digital marketing and product marketing efforts, working closely with the Product Management team, exposure to multiple areas of the business.
  • Manage projects and tasks in a fast paced, dynamic culture working across multifunctional teams.
  • Leverage data insights, competitive analyses and consumer insights to optimize digital user experiences.
  • Analyzing test results including conversion rates, customer behavior, etc.
  • Coordinating submissions for bank & legal approvals.
  • Multitask and prioritize based on business needs, merchant involved, level of effort and due date.
  • Drive all aspects of assigned projects/tasks including initiation, planning, execution and closing.

About This Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Intern on InComm's Financial Services team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a multifaceted role while developing your skills in product management and marketing. Qualifications


  • Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • 3.0 GPA and above;

  • Students expected to graduate in December 2027 or May 2028

  • Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel, Word & PowerPoint is preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams

  • Proactive attitude with a passion for product management and marketing

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

  • Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work and personal

  • Willing and capable of learning new tools and technologies (as this position will arm you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success)
