Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in a paid, full-time summer internship. You will support branding efforts, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives within a high-tech, regulated industry.

You will work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to drive visibility and growth while gaining hands-on experience in a global aerospace and defense environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in aerospace and defense industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and editing of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, social content).
• Support digital marketing efforts (website updates, analytics, campaigns).
• Help plan and coordinate trade shows and events.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs.
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Engineering, HR).
• Track and report performance of marketing activities.

Internship Overview

EBAD is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team full-time. This paid internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a high-tech and highly regulated industry. The intern will work closely with the Marketing team to support initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and social media content
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of trade shows and other marketing events
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources
• Provide support in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
