Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking a paid Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time summer internship. You will support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth under the Marketing team’s guidance.

You will work on marketing materials, digital campaigns, event planning, and market research while collaborating with Business Development, Engineering, and HR. Broadcast with hands-on learning in a regulated, high-tech industry.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics familiarity preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the aerospace and defense industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns.
• Contribute to planning and coordination of trade shows and other marketing events.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources.
• Provide support in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities.

Internship Overview

EBAD is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team full-time. This paid internship offers an opportunity to gain valuable, hands‑on experience in a high‑tech and highly regulated industry. The intern will work closely with the Marketing team to support initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
