Job summary

Ensign‑Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team for a paid, full-time summer internship. This role provides hands-on experience in a high-tech, regulated industry, supporting brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will work with the Marketing team to create materials, support digital campaigns, and participate in events, with mentorship and professional development opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in the aerospace and defense industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and social media content
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of trade shows and other marketing events
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources
• Provide support in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities
