Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is offering a paid Marketing Internship in Simsbury, CT. The intern will join the Marketing team to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth in a high-tech, regulated field.

You will create materials, assist digital campaigns, plan trade shows, conduct market research, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources. Mentorship and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and social media content
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates, analytics tracking, and online campaigns
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of trade shows and other marketing events
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Human Resources
• Provide support in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities

Internship Overview
