Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team on lead generation and social media during the School Ramp period. This onsite role in Peachtree Corners, GA offers hands-on exposure to brand strategy, content design, and performance tracking.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing or related field with some graphic design experience and a drive to learn. You will collaborate across teams and gain practical insight into healthcare education staffing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.
• Some experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Curiosity about marketing and social media strategy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing team with lead generation and social media strategy during School Ramp period.
• Use Sprout Social to schedule content, respond to comments, and boost brand awareness.
• Design graphics for campaigns using Canva and related tools.
• Grow brand awareness through daily posts and content calendar maintenance.
• Monitor social channels for trends, news and ideas.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Record and analyze social media metrics and progress.
• Contribute creative ideas to grow the brand.
• Assist with other marketing efforts as needed.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities

• Working and collaborating alongside the Marketing team to assist in lead generation and social media strategy during our School Ramp period.
• Working in Sprout Social to schedule content, respond to comments, and increase brand awareness.
• Working with Canva to design graphics for various campaigns.
• Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through daily brand posting and content calendar maintenance, and scheduling.
• Monitor social channels for industry trends, news, and ideas.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Record and analyze social media metrics and progression.
• Help grow our brand through creative thinking.
• Assist with other marketing efforts as needed.

Education and Experience

• Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
