About the Internship
As a Marketing Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting a variety of marketing initiatives while learning the fundamentals of healthcare marketing in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with our marketing team, you will contribute to projects that enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and promote our services across multiple channels. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates eager to build practical marketing experience and develop skills in content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and performance analysis.
Internship Details
- Term: Summer 2026 / Fall 2026
- Hours: 10–20 hours/week
- Location: Hybrid: DC metro / remote
What You Will Work On
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, and online advertising efforts
- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Plan and coordinate events and marketing activities
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience engagement opportunities
- Track and organize marketing metrics and campaign performance data
- Support referral and patient engagement initiatives that promote our services and wellness programs
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm for learning about marketing and brand development
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, social media tools, or design software is a plus
Preferred
- Previous internship, volunteer, campus organization, or project experience in marketing
- Interest in healthcare, behavioral science, or startups
