Xavier University invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Instruction in Marketing in the Williams College of Business. This non-tenure track, renewable position begins Fall 2027 and involves teaching in-person and online across undergraduate and MBA programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in marketing coursework.
• Minimum of three years of professional work experience in the teaching area.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and a scholarly or professional agenda.
• Ability to teach General Marketing and upper-division electives.

Responsibilities

• Teach four courses per semester in-person and online.
• Contribute to department and university service.
• Maintain an active professional or scholarly presence in compliance with AACSB standards.
• Engage in on- and off-campus professional development activities.
