Job summary

Perfect Matching seeks a Marketing Officer to plan and execute promotional activities across holidays, social media, and events. You will manage campaigns, create copy, and coordinate with PR and sales to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Marketing-related education (MBO+ or higher)
• Experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Develop and present new activities for holidays and commemorative days.
• Promote new products through media channels and social media.
• Manage the website and Facebook page.
• Acquire new customers.
• Write promotional and advertising copy.
• Conceptualize and develop ideas for trade show activities.
• Support company actions and events.
• Conduct quarterly competitive analyses.
• Co-develop and implement the marketing plan.
• Prepare, execute and coordinate marketing activities (ads, trade shows).
• Organize and conduct customer and market research.
• Maintain contact with external parties (customers, suppliers, media, competitors).
• Reach out to potential clients by email or phone.
• Advise executives on marketing strategies and marketing mix.
• Prepare offers or new projects.
• Build support for new campaigns.
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Contribute to brand identity and tone of voice.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (offline and online).
• Co-develop and distribute press releases and newsletters.
• Collaborate with PR, communications, and sales teams.
• Stay updated with marketing developments.
