Job summary

APCON, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Generalist to support marketing operations, including advertising, branding, events, press releases, and social media.

This on-site role collaborates with the web developer and graphic designer in Plano, TX, and requires accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technology marketing, strong writing skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of marketing experience in a technology or related industry.
• Experience supporting advertising, branding, events, and digital marketing.
• Strong writing skills for press releases and marketing content.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel up to 10 percent.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities across advertising, branding, events, and digital channels.
• Coordinate tradeshow logistics, booth materials, shipping, collateral, and onsite support.
• Draft and distribute press releases and product announcements.
• Support social media planning, posting, and monitoring.
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional items, and event materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
