Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) is preferred.
• Prior experience in event planning and coordination is highly recommended.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required; accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Strong follow-through and initiative are essential.
• Ability to think strategically and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with branches, operations, SMEs, and leadership to gather information and create content.
• Manage and maintain the company SharePoint environment and internal communications.
• Develop case studies, project profiles, and branded content for digital publication.
• Coordinate content and assets for internal/external communications across channels.
• Support a social media content calendar to strengthen brand and recruiting.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and visual identity.
• Plan and execute a calendar of marketing events, including tradeshows.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, and staffing.
• Participate in tradeshows and community events with on-site support.
