Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
• One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, social media, or nonprofit work preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content.
• Capture photos and videos at events; maintain digital asset library.
• Prepare and proof email communications, website content, and marketing materials.
• Support email marketing by maintaining content and distribution schedules.
• Collect and organize program data, testimonials, and impact stories with privacy compliance.
• Provide administrative support for campaigns, communications initiatives, and projects.
• Maintain donor, sponsor, and campaign records; process donations and acknowledgments.
• Assist with donor cultivation, sponsorship tracking, and grant research.
• Support event planning and on-site coordination for fundraising events.
