Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. is accepting applications now for a full-time W-2 Head of Growth Marketing. This is a 100% remote role open to candidates authorized to work in the United States. The role owns positioning, demand generation, content, paid and organic campaigns, conversion, and marketing measurement for DSE's AI security products and expert services.

Responsibilities include turning technical differentiation into clear buyer messaging; designing and operating campaigns across search, content, email, social, events, partnerships, and paid media; improving landing pages and conversion paths; building a measurable pipeline model with sales; and managing budget against qualified demand rather than vanity metrics. Qualifications include B2B growth or product-marketing leadership, hands-on campaign execution, strong writing and positioning judgment, and evidence of connecting marketing work to pipeline. Experience with cybersecurity, AI, enterprise SaaS, regulated buyers, founder-led marketing, or Atlanta technology communities is preferred. No specific degree is required.

The anticipated base salary is $125,000 to $165,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.
