Job summary

Zapier is seeking a Finance Manager to own the full financial picture for the marketing organization, including headcount, budget, and channel investment, aligning marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.

You’ll report to Head of GTM Finance, partner with Marketing, Sales FP&A, and Corporate FP&A to interlock marketing, sales, and company financials, and you’ll use AI tools to automate recurring processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing FP&A or GTM finance with strong pipeline-to-revenue understanding.
• Ability to own end-to-end budgeting including headcount and actuals.
• Strong grasp of channel economics and ROI analysis.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive issue spotting.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing FP&A end-to-end: headcount planning, budgets, and actuals.
• Drive ROI-by-channel analysis and channel allocation reporting.
• Forecast sales pipeline and ARR impacts from spend with cross-functional input.
• Partner with marketing leadership and data teams to align metrics.
