Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and business partnership for the Marketing organization. You will forecast, budget, and provide actionable insights to support strategic growth and an AI-first transformation.

You will partner with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and GTM teams to connect funnel metrics to budgets, automate workflows, and guide resource allocation. This is a remote-first, growth-oriented role in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience as a trusted finance partner directly supporting Marketing leadership in software or cloud businesses.
• Strong analytical and financial skills: forecasting, modeling, budgeting, variance analysis; tie marketing metrics to budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present results clearly to diverse audiences.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience using AI tools to automate FP&A workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Marketing organization’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advise Marketing leadership on resource allocation and ROI of growth initiatives across Brand, Demand, and Product Marketing.
• Manage end-to-end Marketing budget, monthly close support, variance analysis, and related planning activities.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track Marketing spend and ROI.
