Qualifications

• 2+ years in finance or marketing operations
• Experience with expense processing and invoicing
• Proficient with Excel and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile receipts for meetings, trips, events
• Process vendor and customer invoices for sponsorships and event costs
• Code invoices to proper GLs and ensure accuracy
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on payments
• Assist with month-end reporting and expense reconciliation
• Create and maintain reports and Phocas dashboards on costs and revenue
