The University of Washington is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support promotional marketing, game presentation, and community outreach. The role focuses on leveraging fan engagement to boost attendance and revenue within a collegiate Seattle environment.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will help develop gameday themes, coordinate performances, and assist with outreach programs and intern supervision in a fast-paced university setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in communications, English, journalism, or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of marketing and/or live event production, community outreach, or event operations experience ideal.
• Experience could substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Mansioni

• Develop gameday promotional marketing themes and run-of-show documents for assigned sports.
• Coordinate anthem singers and entertainment, and manage on-site stage activities with other event staff.
• Assist in outreach marketing programs and fan experiences such as Dubs Club and Dawg Pack campus events.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of Marketing Interns during events.
