Qualifications

• Strong social media fluency with a proven posting history.
• Ability to turn daily moments into compelling content for multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience with AI content tools and vetting output for quality.
• Proficiency with Canva and Meta Business Suite from day one.
• Photo and video capture capability that aligns with brand.
• Reliable transportation within 45 minutes of Glendale, AZ.
• High energy, adaptable to changing schedules and accountable.
• Nice to have: experience with Keap/Asana; basic video editing.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's social media presence and content calendar across platforms.
• Capture candid content and manage AI-assisted content generation.
• Operate AI content tools and ensure human tone and authenticity.
• Create listing flyers and AI-generated descriptions; maintain client community pages.
• Provide weekly content ideas; act on timely opportunities.
• Support Julie's calendar, inbox, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate travel, events, and vendor relations; manage notes and action items.
