Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive hands-on creative marketing initiatives across our four Kendall locations. You will support social media, dealer websites, pricing updates, and event logistics to ensure smooth workflows and impactful campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to travel to local events. English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred; a BA/BS is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Must be friendly and able to meet and greet general public at events.
• Available to work five days a week including weekends as needed.
• Willing to travel to local events, generally in the Kendall area.
• Understanding of social media and content management platforms.
• General understanding of paid search and search engine optimization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Photography using smartphone or camera.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with marketing team on varied projects including social media, dealer websites and other marketing projects.
• Updates and proofs marketing on websites for changes in retail pricing and creative.
• Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering.
• Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget.
• Assists marketing team in responding to online reviews on Google, Yelp and other review platforms.
• Reporting regularly to marketing director and finance department on fiscal status.
• Coordinate shows and promotional onsite/offsite events as needed.
• Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment of contest prizes.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
