24 Seven Talent's retail client is seeking a personable Marketing Specialist to own social media, content creation, in-store storytelling, events, and community engagement. This hands-on role also supports daily marketing coordination and customer communications.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required. You should be comfortable on camera, enjoy creating engaging content, and have 3+ years of marketing, social media, events, or community engagement experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years of relevant marketing, social media, events, or community engagement experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video or reels, and comfortable appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok with on-brand content.
• Events & Community Engagement: plan host and coordinate in-store events and local partnerships.
• Marketing Coordination & Execution: maintain calendars, assist email/direct mail campaigns, track basic metrics, support digital advertising initiatives.
