Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute Marketing tasks and provide administrative support to the Marketing team. Responsibilities include data entry, managing email communications, entertainment booking, promotional planning, kiosk programming, purchasing promo items, inventory, and signage coordination.

Vendor communication is required. The role supports property promotions, campaigns, and events, with opportunities to influence merchandising, signage, and direct

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent, preferred.
• 1-year progressive experience in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service role.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Kentucky gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provides backup and support to Marketing with planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns.
• Answers calls and emails, directs sales calls, and delivers messages.
• Assists with promotions and events on property and at community events.
• Inputs marketing invoices and verifies coding.
• negotiates with vendors for best pricing on collateral/materials; manages inventory.
• Prepares and logs purchase requests and checks requests for Marketing.
• Orders marketing supplies and materials as needed.
• Assists with direct marketing offers/target lists.
• Supports signage creation, production, and placement of promotional signage.
• Reviews and updates website content, including band schedules and promotions.
• Books live entertainment and maintains schedules and contact logs.
