Job description

Alutiiq Diversified Services, Inc., a wholly owned company of Afognak Native Corp., has an opportunity for an Operations Manager. This is a remote position.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple locations nationwide and reports to the Program Manager. Key responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling, operations, staff training, and ensuring quality of services provided to Airbus facilities across the United States.
2. Hiring and staffing at all supported facilities.
3. Coordinating with the Program Manager regarding employee discipline and corrective actions, with authority to exercise these actions.

Additional duties include:

• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensuring quality of service exceeds contract requirements.
• Collaborating with the Training Manager to maintain employee certifications and qualifications.
• Managing visitor requests, background vetting, and security system user/groups.
• Overseeing manufacturing and issuance of site identification, access badges, and photography permits.
• Managing access control and vehicle pass processes.
• Handling electronic filing of visitors and personnel.
• Managing networking components, including PoE switching and IP cameras.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in labor relations, logistics, and communications.
• Strong analytical, oral, verbal, and written skills.

The Operations Manager will be the primary responsible person for all physical security functions at Airbus facilities, including access & visitor control, patrol & response, surveillance, and alarm systems.
